Gift Cards

Vbubble gift cards may only be redeemed for goods and services at participating Vbubble stores in the United Kingdom.
You can check your gift card balance by visiting: Check Your Gift Card Balance.
Gift cards may be used as full or part payment for eligible in-store purchases at the checkout counter, self-service kiosk, or Click & Collect kiosk. Any remaining balance will stay on the gift card until it is fully redeemed or expires.
The value of each purchase will be deducted from the available balance on the gift card.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of activation or the most recent top-up. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited without further notice.
Vbubble is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or used without the cardholder's permission. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Gift cards issued as part of a promotional offer or with added promotional value are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
Vbubble reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, suspend, or discontinue its gift card programme at any time. Any changes will not affect your statutory rights.
By purchasing, using, or accepting a Vbubble gift card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
